Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the cut-to-length nature of leathers & fabrics, returns are accepted only under these conditions:


  • Items must be unused, uncut, and in original condition.

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom orders, and final sale items are not returnable.


How to return


  1. Contact our support team for return approval.

  2. Send the item back in secure and original packaging.

  3. Once inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
